Archana Puri Kapoor is an established physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in orthopedic and sports physiotherapy.

Post her graduation in Mumbai; she did her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Sheffield, U.K. This has enabled her in handling patients with all kinds of orthopedic problems efficiently and effectively.

She specializes in spinal issues due to her international certification in ‘Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT)’. This approach assesses and treats spinal and extremity pain through the use of specific repeated movements in a preferred direction. She has also undergone training in ‘Neuro-dynamic Testing & Treatment’ to treat musculoskeletal conditions with neural symptoms.

Her belief in manual and exercise-based therapy along with an understanding of the cognitive-behavioral approach to chronic pain management has led to great success in dealing with complex cases.

I had a Severe and Chronic Neck & Shoulder stiffness. After visiting many physiotherapists and therapy sessions I was introduced to Dr Archana Kapoor. She diagnosed my problem in first session and advised unique exercises. Over few sessions I was feeling much better and relaxed. I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received. I was suffering from back pain since long and had several sessions at multiple physiotherapy centers with no improvement. Just after couple of visits to Dr Archana I found relief.
